i totally forgot to post mondays adventure in pain.
3 sets 3 reps 135# shoulder presses a little heavy fopr me yeah i made it but almost didnt will do em a little lighter next time then i did 5 rounds of 200 meter runs aka slow sprints with 10 push ups and 15 squats per round completed in 15:39
ate good same as usual except i made steak with spinich and green beans yum
