today work out i loved to hate

Deadlift 3x3 = 3 reps 175 3 reps 185 3 reps 195 then i got stupid and tried 225 the 205 nearley killed me so yeah lets get dumb. ugggh 8 rounds took me 16:36 10 30# DB swings 10 box jumps today was okay i dont like box jumps fat giggles i feel like an outa shape stripper hopin on a box. i used my new kettlebell for the 10 kettlbell swings its fun but painfull
food
breakfast 3 eggs bacon mushrooms tomaotoes omlet snack bannanana lunch was burger no bun with bacon some fruit snack pack of beef jerkey 2 oz dinner thigh cutlets with rainbow chard mushrooms and onions ..nooooooooooooooom

todays work out was funny had the gym lookin what the hell is this fat guy doin?? you have to look up the bear crawl or ask for the link it is fuckin hard and i know i possibly killed the form haahaa. 15 mins AMRAP 5 – 95# thruster 10 steps bear crawl 5 pushups i did 6 reps it was not funny. i hurt everywhere.
breakfast was a soymilk protien shake with a bannana snack was a plum and a snall handful of my trail mix. lunch was a turkey lettuce and tomatoe wrap woth roasted peppers and guess what the wrap was.... LETTUCE not any wheat or grains so nahnahnah..
but damn it was hard to through the wrap out. and not add mayo and cheese grrrrrrrrrrrrr
snack was a bannana and a mixed fruit thing from the deli and dinner was steak and spinach reruns from last night. well off to bed!

i totally forgot to post mondays adventure in pain.
3 sets 3 reps 135# shoulder presses a little heavy fopr me yeah i made it but almost didnt will do em a little lighter next time then i did 5 rounds of 200 meter runs aka slow sprints with 10 push ups and 15 squats per round completed in 15:39
ate good same as usual except i made steak with spinich and green beans yum

ahhhhh sweet hell

today was fun 3 sets of 3 135 # squats then i great round of hell
5 rounds for time of
3 x 95# power cleans
5 x 95# sumo rows or something like that.
5 jumping pull ups was supposed to be regular pull ups only made 5 with the helping rubber band but hey i still made freakin 5 and the one just trying em so nah nah..
265 is my fat ass weight still tryin to eat right and get the weight down but my body aint letting go easy... iugggggggggggh!!
well food was good 3 egg omlet for break fast lunch was a protien shake snak am was banananna pm snack was a donut peach yes a peach shaped like a donut actual fruit not crap. dinner swordfish with broiled zuchinni and kale in garlic and olive oil. now im gonna go eat later!!!

ahhh feeling good

having a good day eggs for breakfast eggs for lunch peach for a snack and yum.. work out today is light for me just did 20 minutes of 15 sit ups, 10 burpees. and 15 push ups....
so moving along back to hell on monday! oh wait im sure nikki and jay will be killing me tommrow
