well another fine week. down 5 lbs and still trying.
got softball coming up so heres a quick run down. breakfast 3 eggs slice swiss and slice turkey omlet.
lunch chopped salad with chiken brest and rasberry vinegrette dinner salmon and veggies...
30 min eliptical for dessert. gonna start trying to post some pics of my before and after but i think 5 lbs is a start.
gonna look into one of those full body clensing deals and see what they are all about.
